Intimate, peer-led groups for psychedelic guides ready to deepen,
reflect, and stay in integrity together.
InnerEthics® Wisdom Circles are intimate, curated support groups for psychedelic facilitators who are actively guiding or preparing to. These 2-hour Circle meet weekly for the first month and then move to bi-weekly sessions. They are specifically designed to bring the unseen to light. We reflect together, hold each other accountable, and walk the path of mastery alongside one another.
You bring your cases, questions, and challenges. Together, we grow.

Our Wisdom Circles follow the InnerEthics® model developed by Kylea Taylor, a powerful, compassionate framework for self-reflective ethical awareness. Rather than policing one another, we look inward with compassion:
Address complex situations that happen with Journeyers in your circle and be guided through and empathic process that explores:
These circles offer gentle but direct insight into your unconscious motivations, power dynamics, and personal blind spots. InnerEthics® is about cultivating deep insight into the inner landscape of the facilitator, illuminating motivations, boundaries, and the subtle dynamics that shape our presence in the space.
We open the doors to new Wisdom Circles just a few times a year during our seasonal Gateways: intentional enrollment windows for those ready to deepen their practice in community.
If you're feeling the call, don’t wait. Once a circle fills, it’s sealed.

Apply Anytime - Tell us who you are and what you’re seeking. Each application is reviewed personally to ensure alignment, readiness, and right fit. You’ll also book an introduction call where we’ll get to learn more about each other.
Reserve Your Seat - When accepted, you’ll activate your membership to hold your seat and immediately gain access to our private community platform, group chats, and member resources.
Begin InnerEthics® Live Training with Kylea Taylor January 24th then join Your Circle the first week of February 2026.

Most trainings teach you how to guide. Few teach you how to keep growing after.
You leave the container. You start serving. And then… there’s no one to Support. No feedback. No reflection. No gentle redirection.
InnerEthics® Wisdom Circles fill that gap.
In a space where altered states carry real responsibility, these circles offer a steady anchor. They invite you to soften your defenses, explore your blind spots, and grow in integrity. The kind of relational feedback that transforms how you guide.
Meeting Rhythm:
New Circles meet weekly for the first month, then bi-weekly
Circle Format:
2-hour sessions via Zoom (in-person options available for Austin, TX)
A 3-month minimum commitment is required for each circle. All circles continue well beyond that, but we ask each peer to commit to three months at a time when starting with any circle.
Cost:
Intro payment $599 total for first 3 months of membership. This covers access to all virtual training: Ethics 103 video and booklet ($40 value) plus Live 3-Hour training with Kylea Taylor ($249 value) in addition to PGN Membership and your first 6 circles.
Wisdom Circles remain open after 3 months and move to a monthly membership of $199/mo.
Facilitation:
InnerEthics® Circles are peer-facilitated (includes onboarding + training). The roles rotate and are shared
Group Size:
Capped at 7 members to protect the intimacy and depth of the container
Spots Are Limited:
Seats are first come, first served and once a circle is full, it closes until the next circles open and live training is schedule.
If this work is calling you, now’s the moment to take the next step.

Sure, you’ll get resources, community chat and structured peer groups but what’s underneath all that is what actually changes you.
When you’re inside a PGN circle you don’t just consume content. You become the kind of practitioner the world needs.
Here’s what our guides walk away with:
Real-world confidence: the kind that comes from regular feedback, reflection, and reps in the field
Clarity on your blind spots
Ethical grounding: not from a rulebook, but from embodied peer dialogue and personal alignment
More grounded confidence in your role
A trusted peer mirror: guides who will gently (but firmly) call you forward into deeper presence
Stronger boundaries and ethical clarity
A professional community that feels like home
Relational intelligence from peer feedback
Access to wisdom across lineages: clinical, ceremonial, and everything in between
A space to be human, not just professional
Resilience tools for burnout, boundary setting, and staying centered as you serve
A place to grow your unique voice and practice
We’re not here to train you in our way. We’re here to help you remember yours.

We welcome those who feel called and committed. These spaces are held with care.
If this speaks to you and you’re ready to show up for yourself, your peers, and your practice in a new way....
Your seat is waiting.
